Sculpt 50

Our signature Reformer programme blends strength, control, and rhythm, a full-body workout that builds lean muscle, boosts mobility, and fires up your core. With the lights low and the music up, expect 50 minutes of slow, powerful, and intentional movement that challenges your body in all the right ways. Every sequence can be dialed up or scaled back to match your pace, making it perfect for both first-timers and seasoned movers alike.

Grounded 50

Move slow, breathe deep, and find your balance. Grounded 50 is all about ease and control, using less resistance, longer holds, and deeper breaths to help you reconnect with your body. Expect familiar Reformer movements dialed back in pace and intensity, paired with stretches to open up your range and release tension. All under soft lighting, dreamier music and grounding beats that leave you feeling centred, calm, and recharged.
