While we love a high-intensity workout, every sequence can be dialed up or scaled back to match your pace, perfect for first-timers and seasoned movers alike.

Sculpt 50

With the lights low and the music high, Sculpt 50 provides a full-body workout that build leans muscle, boosts mobility, and fires up your core. Expect slow, powerful, and intentional movement that will challenge your body in all the right ways, at your own pace.

Grounded 50

A calmer, lower intensity programme, Grounded 50 is all about ease and control — imagine longer stretches, and deeper breaths. Expect to lead with familiar Reformer movements to build mobility, before opening up the body with intentionally placed stretches to release tension.
