Please inform us via WhatsApp or phone as soon as you realise that you may be late for your session.

Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?

What time should I arrive at class?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we have time to introduce you to our spin bikes or reformer beds, walk you through the setup, and guide you on what to expect in class.

I’m a beginner, are your classes suitable for me?

We know that first-time workouts can be intimidating. All of our Spin, Reformer and Mat classes are suitable for beginners, with workouts that can be adapted to any fitness level. If it’s your first time, we encourage you to take it at your own pace, listen to your body, and pause for breaks whenever you need and let your instructor know before class so they can guide you through the experience.

Do you have shower facilities in your studios?

Both our Martin Road and Mohamed Sultan studios are fully equipped with private female and male showers, perfect for a refresh before heading back to your day. Spin

What is the difference between Rhythm 50 and Method 50?

Method 50 focuses on pure cycling. No choreography, just power, stamina, and strength work that helps you dig deeper on the bike. Rhythm 50, on the other hand, moves with the beat. It blends rhythm riding with upper-body choreography and dumbbell work, creating a full-body, music-driven experience. Together, both programmes offer two distinct ways to ride: one grounded in performance and athletic conditioning, and the other rooted in rhythm and choreography.

What should I bring to a Spin class?

Bring your socks and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll be fitted with complimentary cycling shoes at our check-in concierge before class. If you’re bringing your own, make sure your cleats are SPD-SL compatible.

Reformer

What is the difference between Sculpt 50 and Grounded 50?

While Sculpt 50 builds sweat, strength, and both physical and mental endurance — driven by energising music, quicker transitions, and a cardio-focused core finisher — Grounded 50 slows it down, bringing intention through integrated stretches.

What should I bring to a Reformer class?

Grip socks and water bottle (there's a water fountain in our studio). Workout and bath towels will be provided. Grip socks are available for purchase at our studio retail counter if you’d like to pick up a pair.

What is Slow Resistance Training (SRT)?

Slow Resistance Training (SRT) is a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout that uses slow, controlled movements under sustained resistance to strengthen the body from the inside out. The method works by increasing time under tension, keeping your muscles engaged for longer periods so they work harder with less momentum. This activates slow-twitch muscle fibres, builds deep, sustainable strength, and reduces the risk of injury while still delivering an intense burn. SRT blends mindful control with dynamic, athletic movement on our custom-built reformer beds, helping you build foundational strength, sculpt lean muscle, and improve mobility. Classes are fun, the lights are low, and the music is high, creating an energising, focused environment for every level.

Is SRT similar to Pilates?

While both SRT and classical pilates are low-impact and focus on control, SRT is fundamentally a strength-training workout. It uses slow, steady movements under sustained resistance to build deep, full-body strength.

HOT MAT

Find answers to common questions about our spin and reformer classes

What is Hot Mat?

A full-body, low-impact Mat-based workout in an infrared-heated, music-led room. We run two programmes: Hot Sculpt 50, our high-energy, music-driven class, and Hot Grounded 50, a slower, more considered flow. Both build strength through intentional movement and time under tension.

What should I bring to a Hot Mat class?

Come dressed to sweat in comfortable workout clothing and bring plenty of water. Mats and all equipment including light weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls are provided, along with a gripped towel for your workout. We recommend arriving hydrated and giving yourself a few minutes before class to settle into the heat.

What are the benefits of Infrared Heated classes?

Because the heat reaches the body directly, the benefits go beyond just a good sweat: Deeper movement. Warm tissue moves through a greater range with less strain, so you stretch further and work more freely. Better circulation. Heat opens the blood vessels, helping carry oxygen to the muscles you're working. Supported recovery. Gentle warmth and improved circulation help ease tension and aid recovery. A working burn. As your body holds its temperature through class, heart rate and metabolism stay gently elevated. The glow after. Heat and movement lift your mood as cortisol drops — the calm, clear feeling you leave with.

What is infrared heat, and how is it different from a regular heated room?

A conventional heated room warms the air around you — you get hot from the outside in. Infrared works differently: radiant heat passes through the air and into your muscle, joint and connective tissue, so you warm from the inside out, creating a more direct, immersive warmth. That's why the room feels breathable rather than stifling, even as you sweat. It's a different kind of heat — one you work with, not against. Combined with movement, music and the energy of the room, it's what makes the Hot Mat experience ours: expect to get warm, work hard, sweat, and leave feeling energised and accomplished.

How hot does it get?

Our Hot Mat room is heated to 32–36°C. using infrared heat. Expect to get hot and sweaty, that’s part of the experience. We recommend arriving well hydrated and continuing to hydrate after class.

Is Hot Mat suitable during pregnancy or with an injury?

For safety reasons, Hot Mat classes are not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or living with a heart or cardiovascular condition.
