I’m a beginner, are your classes suitable for me?
We know that first-time workouts can be intimidating. But don’t worry, there’s a first-timer in almost every class. All of our Spin and Reformer classes are suitable for beginners, with workouts that can be adapted to any fitness level. If it’s your first time, we encourage you to take it at your own pace, listen to your body, and pause for breaks whenever you need. Our instructors are here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Do you have shower facilities in your studios?
Both our Martin Road and Mohamed Sultan studios are fully equipped with private female and male showers, perfect for a refresh before heading back to your day. Complimentary amenities include bath towels, shower products from sustainable local brand Omno (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap), and Dyson hairdryers.
How does the waitlist work?
If your desired class is full, join the waitlist and you’ll be enrolled when a spot opens up! If a spot only becomes available 9:00pm the night before class, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your availability to join the class before enrolling you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Class cancellations must be made by 9:00pm the night before your scheduled session. Late cancellations will result in the auto-deduction of class credits.
When are class schedules released?
Class schedule for the week will be released one week prior, on a Monday at 9:00am. For instance, class schedule for Monday, 8 February to Sunday, 14 February will be released on Monday, 1 February.
Are there car parking spaces available?
Sheltered parking is available at both our locations, and you’ll also find ample roadside parking nearby along Mohamed Sultan Road, Martin Place and Kim Yam Road.
I can't make it to class, can I cancel?
We accept class cancellations up to 9:00pm the night before the scheduled class time, which can be done via our website or mobile app. Any late cancellation will lead to the class being deducted from your package, which will not be credited back. Write in to us for exceptions and we'll consider them on a case-by-case basis.
What if I am running late?
Please inform us via WhatsApp or phone as soon as you realise that you may be late for your session.
