Denise
There’s something special about the energy Denise brings into the room. Warm, encouraging and quietly infectious, her classes will challenge you with intentional movement, plenty of spicy shakes, and just enough burn to remind you why you came. Before finding Reformer, Denise spent seven years as a flight attendant, where caring for people was second nature. Today, that same passion is channelled into helping others feel stronger, move better, and leave each class with greater confidence. As she likes to say, she’s traded serving cappuccinos at 35,000 feet for spicy shakes on the reformer and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Away from the studio, Denise is an old soul. Think Frank Sinatra on the speakers, a Negroni in hand, and the quiet conviction that she was born a few decades too late.
Playlist Essentials
Beyoncé, The Pussycat Dolls, Tate McRae, The Weeknd, Sean Paul, and the occasional ABBA. A mix of R&B hits, pop throwbacks, and hot girl energy.
Denise

Expect controlled, purposeful sequences that never feel heavy, and a playlist built to take the edge off the burn. That precision is hard-earned. She started ballet at ten in Singapore, trained pre-professionally in Brisbane, then came home, and that discipline runs through everything she teaches. But there's a softer side too: Estel's a sentimental soul, a collector of meaningful moments and the songs that stay with her. It's exactly why her playlists are never random, every track is chosen with intention.
Playlist Essentials
Dom Dolla, ShimazaPurple Disco Machine, Fred again.. & Dua Lipa

Bernice

Playful, high-energy and never afraid to push you a little further, her classes might have you questioning your life choices mid-plank, in the best way.She found hot mat Pilates the most 2020 way possible: countless YouTube workouts during lockdown that turned into an obsession, and eventually an actual certification. Her rule of thumb: move like you mean it, rest like you earned it. Outside the studio, she's usually experimenting with new flavour combinations in the kitchen or off in a different city for work, with one thing staying constant; a nap, once a week, non-negotiable.
Playlist Essentials
Expect throwback hits you'll instantly recognise, remixed with heavy beat drops
